I love this picture. The dog looks totally bored. I love how inventive French people are with thinking up new ways to carry their dogs around. There's this guy in our neighborhood who rolls his dog around in a picnic basket that is attached to one of those suitcase roller things. A truly bizarre sight indeed

I was going to say the same thing as above -- he looks quite blasé, yes indeedy! As if he's tired of the routine, and this is nothing new for him. He's seen the view a million times, and he just would DIE to be anywhere else!
What a fun way to get around though... I just hope he's safe in that basket!
I'm not sure if the dog is bored, I think he looks like he's enjoying the air and thinking about napping...
